We understand that unexpected situations can arise. You’ll have one free re-delivery attempt if you miss your initial delivery. However, if you miss a second scheduled delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or deduct reasonable costs from your refund or credit to cover the expenses incurred due to unnecessary handling, fuel consumption, and environmental impact.
