We believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted beds, and we want you to experience them firsthand. That’s why we offer a generous 10-week free trial on all our beds. Take your time to truly live with your new bed and ensure it’s the perfect match for your needs and preferences.
If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied within the 10-week trial period, simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. We’ll arrange for a convenient collection, and you’ll receive a full refund or exchange – no questions asked. It’s that simple.

Even after the 10-week trial period, we stand behind the quality of our products. All our beds are covered by a 25-year guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials. If you encounter any issues within this period, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem promptly and efficiently.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, simply log in to your account on our website and navigate to the ‘returns’ section. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, choose a convenient collection date, and submit your request. Refunds and Timeframes
Once your returned item has been collected and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly. Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method within seven working days. Please note that refunds do not include any supplementary fees you may have incurred, such as delivery charges outside our free delivery zone or assembly/disassembly fees.
Free Returns Within Our Delivery Zone
We’re happy to offer free returns for customers located within our free delivery catchment area. If you’re outside this zone, standard delivery fees will apply for the return collection.
