Application

- By ordering, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old and legally able to make a contract.
Interpretation
- Consumer: An individual buying for personal use, not business.
- Contract: The legal agreement between us for your goods purchase.
- Delivery Location: The address where we’ll deliver your order.
- Durable Medium: A way to store information (like paper or email) for future reference.
- Goods: The items you order from our website.
- Order: Your request for goods submitted through our website.

Goods
- Product descriptions are illustrative. Minor size/colour variations may occur.
- Handmade goods have a +/- 1-inch tolerance in dimensions.
- You’re responsible for accuracy on custom orders.
- Product availability and specs can change without notice. Website images may vary slightly.
- We may modify goods to meet legal or safety needs, or for improvement.
Personal Information
- We handle your data as per our Privacy Policy.
- We may contact you electronically or by post only if you agree, and you can opt-out anytime.
Price and Payment
- Website prices are current at order time. We may cancel/refund if prices are wrong.
- Prices include VAT.
- Full payment by card is needed when ordering.
Discount Codes and Promotions
- We can refuse discount codes.
- One discount per order.
- Expired codes are invalid.
- Discounts can’t be applied after ordering.
- Codes aren’t exchangeable for cash.
Basis of Sale
- Website descriptions aren’t contractual offers.
- We can reject orders, but will explain why.
- The contract is formed upon our Order Confirmation email. Check it and report errors promptly.
- Contract changes need written agreement.
- These terms are for consumer purchases only.
Delivery
- We deliver and assemble in your chosen room.
- You’ll get a 3-hour delivery window via email, and a call within the hour of arrival. Delays can happen; we’ll contact you if possible.
- We may deliver in instalments or wait for the full order. Same for returns collection.
- We’re not liable for property damage during delivery. Ensure access and clear paths. Protect floors and walls.
- We’re not responsible for losses from delays or faulty goods.
- Delivery terms or providers may change without notice.
- Couriers you arrange are responsible for goods in transit.
- Our goods aren’t flat-packed. Ask us/courier about extra packaging if needed (may cost more).
10-Week Free Trial
- Try products for 10 weeks. If not suitable, we collect for free, offering a refund or exchange.
- To return, inform us in writing/email.
- We may collect all trialled items at once.
- Refunds cover the product price, excluding any fees you paid.
- We may refuse physical returns sometimes and offer a full refund instead.
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
- Collection must be within 10 weeks of cancellation, using our standard delivery.
- Items collected from us but delivered outside our free zone must be returned at your cost for a refund.
- Exchanges may incur extra costs.
- Exchanged items get a new 10-week trial, one return for refund, no further exchange.
- Returned items get a full refund, minus any non-product charges.
- We can refuse the trial at our discretion, especially if we suspect misuse.
- Custom items are eligible, but customisation fees aren’t refunded.
Recycling
- We only recycle disassembled bed frames left at ground level near the exit.
- We may refuse heavily soiled, wet, infested, or unsafe items.
- One frame recycled per frame delivered.
- Disassembly/removal fees are non-refundable.
- We don’t accept adjustable beds, sofa beds, or items with electrical parts.
Conformity and Guarantees
- Delivered goods will be fit for purpose, match their description, and have a +/- 1-inch tolerance.
- We offer a 25-year guarantee on bed frames.
- The guarantee doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper cleaning, natural wood changes, accidents, environmental damage, unauthorized alterations, or dismantling.
- Damage from moving the bed incorrectly.
- Tampering or alterations void the warranty.
